Puesta en marcha del Podcast de divulgación jurídica de CLINUCA con el nombre de El Derecho en el Aire: un espacio donde el Derecho cobra vida, en el que los estudiantes de Derecho que colaboran con la clínica informarán de forma concisa y clara sobre cuestiones jurídicas de actualidad, mediante entrevistas realizadas a profesionales del derecho, en su mayoría, docentes de la Facultad de Derecho de nuestra Universidad. Su objetivo es acercar el Derecho al público en general, juristas y no juristas.

En cada episodio se hablará con expertos en cada ámbito legal sobre situaciones cotidianas que tienen implicaciones jurídicas para hacer el conocimiento de la ley más fácil y accesible.

Los episodios se pueden seguir en las siguientes plataformas:

El primer episodio se centra en explicar cómo tributan los contratos de alquiler, ya sean de alquiler de vivienda, de alquiler a estudiantes, de alquiler turístico, etc. Todo ello, mediante una entrevista dirigida al Prof. Francisco Carrasco, Profesor Titular de Derecho Financiero de la Universidad de Cádiz.
