El Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo junto con el Instituto de Estudios Fiscales del Ministerio de Hacienda han publicado el Manual sobre Negociación, Interpretación y Aplicación de los Convenios para la Eliminación de la Doble Imposición del que es coautor el prof. Adolfo Martín Jiménez, UCA.
