Taller “Aprendiz de abogado: sobrevive a tu primer juicio”

Los días 17 y 30 de abril de 2024, de 11:30h a 13:00h, se realiza el Taller “Aprendiz de abogado: sobrevive a tu primer juicio” en el Campus de Jerez de la Universidad de Cádiz.

El principal objetivo de esta actividad, inspirada en los libros y películas de Harry Potter, es aumentar el conocimiento y la comprensión de la ciencias jurídicas entre el público general, con el fin de aumentar sus conocimientos o habilidades en relación con el Derecho. Se pretende que conozcan los orígenes del Derecho y que es una ciencia. Asimismo, se tratará de abordar aspectos del Derecho que les afecten, con el fin de que dispongan de información rigurosa y fiable para la toma de decisiones. De este modo, se hablará sobre los mitos de la Justicia, sus símbolos, el lenguaje jurídico, cómo se celebran los juicios, etc.

En definitiva, se trata de aumentar el interés por el Derecho y que los asistentes tengan una visión crítica de lo que sucede a su alrededor.
