Jornada “La Constitución Española desde el punto de vista de tres generaciones” – 40 años de la Constitución de 1978

Con movito del 40 aniversario de la Constitución Española, el 10 de diciembre de 2018 a las 12:30h se celebra la Jornada “La Constitución Española desde el punto de vista de tres generaciones” organizada por la Facultad de Derecho.

La jornada es moderada por Luis García Ruiz, Catedrático de Derecho Constitucional de la UCA, y la inauguración la llevará a cabo Jesús Sáez, Decano de la Facultad de Derecho.

También intervendrán:

  • Luis López Guerra, Catedrático de Derecho Constitucional, Exvicepresidente del Tribunal Constitucional y Exmagistrado Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos
  • Emilia Girón Reguera, Profa. Titular de Derecho Constitucional UCA
  • Alejandro Nieto Cruz, Estudiante de la Facultad de Derecho
